2. PLANNING, MONITORING AND EVALUATION MANAGER (code: PMEM):
¼Ùé¨Ñ´¡ÒýèÒÂÇҧἹ µÔ´µÒÁáÅлÃÐàÁÔ¹¼Å (1 Post)
This position provides leadership in the planning, monitoring and evaluation endeavors of Heifer International Thailand in accordance with its 5-year strategic plan. The officer will be responsible for ensuring that for project planning, in accordance with Heifer’s standard forms and procedures, is executed in a timely and appropriate manner. This position reports directly to the Country Director.
Qualifications: B.A. in Development Management, Public Administration or Development Studies with at least 3 yrs. work experience in development organizations. Extensive exposure to participatory planning, monitoring and evaluation tools and techniques will be an advantage.
