Cross-Border POG from Thailand to Vietnam In 2004, Heifer China and Heifer Thailand initiated ‘Cross-Border Passing on the Gifts Program’ with the purpose to continue expanding supports to needy people across the countries. VBHCD workshops in Thailand and Laos Valued-Based Holistic Community Development (VBHCD) workshops were held in Laos and Thailand during April 19-24 and May 21-26, respectively.
